Furikake Caesar Salad


DIRECTIONS

  1. Wash and cut lettuce to the desired length, shake any extra water off

  2. In a medium mixing bowl combine parmesan, sardine, mayo, sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper to create dressing.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, mix lettuce and desired amount of dressing in a bowl. Toss to fully coat and plate.

  4. Crush freeze-dried ramen in a small bowl adding dashes of the powdered soup base for extra flavor. (alternatively, crush up shrimp chips to crouton size for the salad)

  5. Garnish salad with instant ramen or chips, then sprinkle on furikake.

Ingredients:

Serving: 2-4 salads

Prep time: 10 mins

Cook time: 10 mins


1-2 heads of lettuce (romaine or any leafy green salad)

¼ cup of freshly grated parmesan

1 filet from canned sardine in oil, add more if u dank 

2 tbsp mayo

2 tbsp sour cream

1 clove of garlic, minced

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp white vinegar

Salt and pepper for taste


Toppings:

1 packet of instant ramen or bag of shrimp chips

 ¼ cup of favorite furikake
